"Never disappointed us!"
Once again The Pool House provided excellent customer service. I did some research on purchasing a robotic pool vacuum for our in ground pool. I went to The Pool House and Nathan gave me the pros and cons of each vacuum. He didn't try to oversell and allowed me to come to my own conclusion. Quite possibly I could have bought online for slightly less, but not enough difference to outweigh the customer service. Plus, Nathan put the caddy together for me! Shop local and support our independent businesses. This one has never disappointed us!

This is THE ABSOLUTE BEST pool store in upstate SC! You can't beat their selection, prices, or top-notch customer service. I've visited this store several times over the past summer, and Lauren (and the other store employees!) have always been super helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I will never shop anywhere else for my pool needs!

Five years ago, I had to take over my pool maintenance responsibilities. I had no prior knowledge of what this process would entail. During these past 5 years Nathan Fowler has consistently provided excellent customer service. He is patient, kind, and very knowledgeable. He always offers to help carry my chemicals to my car. I recently had a problem with my pump and he helped me figure out the problem and get the right part to fix it. I highly recommend The Pool House for all your pool needs.

The Pool House has been so helpful for us. They are very honest — we took our saltwater cell in, expecting to have to replace it and they told us it was fine, it was just wired wrong. Another pool place had installed it wrong. I appreciate them for their honesty. Highly recommend!

The team at pool house is awesome. They do not try to sell you things that you do not need or rob you with prices. They are very knowledgeable and are always willing to give you advice and help whenever you need. I just used them to close my pool and they did a great job.

We bought our 27' above ground pool from The Pool House in the spring of 2020 and had it installed by the installer recommended by Nathan. We had an issue with our pump by the end of the season and was able to have it taken care of with no problem. Nathan has always been very helpful and knowledgeable. We are very happy with our purchase and highly recommend The Pool House!

We have been getting our pool chemicals here for as long as I can remember. The store is always clean and super neat. The person who is running the shop is always so sweet and helpful. They truly want to help you when you are having issues with your pool. Highly recommend!

They are very knowledgeable and helpful. We replaced our single speed pump with a variable speed and the difference is amazing! We can clean our pool much quicker and it stays cleaner longer. Their prices are reasonable and their customer service is great too!
